What is Feefo?
Feefo is an independently run firm that allows customers to leave reviews for a business. Because Feefo's software is pre-written and embedded into a website, the company being reviewed has no way of editing or interfering with reviews left by customers. All of our positive feedback has been earned by the staff who put at minimum 110% effort into supplying the best pre-owned watches to their customers.
What is a Platinum Trusted Service Award?
The Trusted Service Awards scheme is an annual award given to businesses which use Feefo to collect feedback from their customers. The awards are based on the average of scores from reviews left by customers.
Feefo says that to qualify for a Trusted Service Award in 2020, a business must have had at least 50 reviews left between the first and last days of 2019. The average score of those reviews must be at least 4 out of 5. To achieve a Gold Trusted Service Award, a business must have had at least 50 reviews with an average of 4.5 out of 5 or over.
To receive the coveted Platinum Trusted Service Award, a business must have met the criteria for a Gold Trusted Service Award for the past three years consecutively. That means that Watches of Wales has been rated very highly by the people who matter most: the customers.
