Which watches do you buy?
We focus on genuine luxury timepieces — Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Omega, Cartier, Tudor, Breitling, Longines, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Panerai, Vacheron Constantin and quality vintage pieces. If you're not sure your watch qualifies, send a photo and we'll tell you honestly.
Do I need the box and papers?
No. A full set can increase the value, but we make fair offers on watches without their original box or papers. Just let us know what you have.
How quickly will I get paid?
Once you accept our offer and we've inspected the watch, we pay the same day by bank transfer or cash. There are no hidden fees or deductions taken from the agreed price.
How do you value my watch?
We value on current resale demand for your exact model, reference and condition — what the watch is genuinely worth to sell on — rather than a quick, lowball offer. That's usually the difference between a fair price and a disappointing one.
Can I sell if I'm not local to South Wales?
Yes. If you'd rather not visit Pontyclun, we'll arrange free, fully insured postage. Your watch is covered in transit, and we still pay the same day once it's checked.
Is it safe and confidential?
Every watch is checked against The Watch Register to protect you and any future owner, appointments are private, and your personal details are never shared. We've built our reputation in South Wales on doing this properly.
