The first ever Rolex Milgauss was created in 1956 as a timepiece scientists could use whilst exposed to magnetic fields. Mechanisms before this were not built to withstand these exposures, however Rolex developed a watch accustomed to exposures of up to 1000 gauss. The model was discontinued in 1988 and due to incredibly high demand was brought back into Rolex' armoury in 2007 - with huge new improvements. The re-release features a green-tinted glass, the only model of its kind. This watch we have features a black dial, white stick hour markers with cork yellow 3, 6 and 9 markers, steel hour and minute hands, a vibrant orange lightning bolt seconds hand, sapphire crystal glass, smooth bezel and an oyster bracelet. The watch comes complete with a Rolex box, Rolex Authenticity Card, Rolex manuals and booklets, a 12 month Watches of Wales warranty and comes with a complementary valuation.
